Through regular property checks, emptying the letterbox, visual inspections of the house, garden and technical systems, and airing out the rooms, we actively help to maintain the value of your property and reduce the risk of burglaries, squatters (ocupas) and damp and water damage.
Should we notice anything out of the ordinary, we will inform you immediately, document all findings transparently and, where necessary – for example, following severe weather – take the initial necessary measures.
